Turkish opposition parties called on the prime minister to resign on Tuesday as a result of an explosive corruption scandal in which he was allegedly caught on tape ordering his son to get rid of millions of dollars in incriminating cash.

Pro-government media in Turkey accuse prosecutors loyal to cleric Fethullah Gulen of illegally tapping thousands of phones to destabilise the government.

Strange things are happening right now in Turkey. There were many rumors about the corruption in the country made by the leaders. Our mighty (!) prime minister denied and said that they were the acts of sabotage.
