La décision de la cour constitutionnelle n’a pas tardé et elle a été la même que pour Mustafa Balbay (député CHP). 2 des 5 députés kurdes qui attendaient leur remise en liberté depuis leur élection en 2011 viennent d’être libérés. Il s’agit de Gülser Yildirim et d’Ibrahim Aynan, député d’Urfa. Elle leur accorde aussi une compensation de 3000 lires (1000 euros!) pour détention abusive. Pour les 3 autres, la décision n’est pas encore donnée, mais cela ne devrait tarder.
