[instead of proms] Turkey’s leading High Schools’ graduations become a space of anti-government protests

As AKP leadership fails to produce alternative successful educational sites, it moves to destroy what remains as “old Turkey”s success stories. Minister of Education specially appointed headmasters to many of the leading high schools and after a year, their mess is protested by graduating students. It started in Istanbul Erkek Lisesi (protest video here) and followed by Cağaloğlu Anadolu Lisesi, protests prevented in Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi but could not be in Vefa Lisesi according a report in Turkish.
