2,5 million tablet computers are planned to be given to pre-college students in an ambition digital education project by Spring 2012. Relevant textbooks are to be loaded to tablets and after 4 yours of use, students will be the owner of these tables. I did not see specifications much but here is the news in Turkish and here is the official project page of ministry… all in Turkish though….
