In the last couple of days, at least four close to President Erdoğan were diagnosed with COVID-19, one, Mr. Kuzu passed away…

Mr. Kuzu was a professor of constitutional law. He is one of the architects of bastardizing the current Turkish legal system. Still, I was not too angry with Mr. Kuzu. He acted like a charlatan in his last years for the current regime. He attempted to justify ongoing legal changes but I do not believe he had any real power to do that. He was just following the ruler… It is a pity, being a professor but constantly being mocked. In March 2020, in the early months of the pandemic, he claimed opposition exaggerated the virus. I guess it is karma?
