There is a “great mobilization” to help people recover from the disaster, Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu has said.
The death toll from flooding in Turkey’s Black Sea province of Giresun rose to sevenon Aug. 23, with a senior official announcing that a second gendarmerie officer’s body had been recovered.
