Journalist Ceyda Karan (@ceydak) targeted by pro-AKP media and political trolls #CeydaKaranYalnizDegildir

Ms. Karan has been a particular target since Gezi Park Protests. AKP circles used to like her a lot but as she gradually became critical of the government, increasing symbolic violence she had to endure. In the new wave of (obscenity included) intimidation, another female columnist Amberin Zaman was the first target (her column here). Then came the flood of insults and threats to Ms. Karan…  A journalist from Yeni Şafak, a notoriously pro-AKP daily, agitated AKP circles by claiming that Karan labelled AKP voters as “idiots”. As can be seen in this video, Karan does not make such a statement, but Yeni Şafak guy was quick to provoke…….

Mahsun Korkmaz premier commandant PKK

Mahsum Korkmaz est depuis longtemps un héros pour des millions de Kurdes. Pas seulement pour  les sympathisants apocus (pro PKK). J’ai même rencontré des responsables  du PDK (le parti de Barzani), peu suspects de sympathie pour le PKK, qui ne cachaient pas leur admiration pour ses guérillas. Évidemment, le premier commandant du PKK, tué en 1986 lors d’ un clash avec l’armée turque dans les Monts Gabbar est vénéré par ses sympathisants. Et il est devenu  un modèle à suivre pour tous ceux qui rejoignent la montagne.
