Well, political governments dissappear in time, but the names remain just like the Indian river names remain today in the United States. This is to say name language rules and flows and Istanbul, the center of the world nowadays as Pamuk remarked while unpacking his stuff is the old and new capital(?) of the world which is to carnivalize genres to become forever... Istanbul, the apple of my eyes...
