Liverpool crushed in İnönü!

Beşiktaş 2- Liverpool 1

A giant flag of Turkey covers the stands as Turkish fans hold a banner which reads "Martyrs never die. Erkan, I wish, I was there.... you saw the history making match..Kudos!...

Ahmet

once in a life time Ahmet. I am too glad to be there! thanks a lot.

Congratulations - and this comes from a Liverpool fan. I think the media coverage surrounding Liverpool's defeat has been shameful. Not once did I read how well you guys played. This is typical British journalism.

It can't be that another side played well -it was Liverpool who plyaed badly.

I admired your team's spirit and I thought your fans were awesome.
