Turkish officials have expressed their satisfaction at the seizure of the northern Syrian city of Idlib by opposition forces, stressing that the Ankara-supported Free Syrian Army (FSA) was part of the winning side.
The amount of spending from the Turkish state’s discretionary fund amounts to 6.8 billion Turkish Liras over the last 12 years, including the spending of the Prime Ministry, according to data from the Finance Ministry.
